Partnering with Galactic Network, the institution launched a new AWS environment supported by 24x7 Cloud Management & Optimization Services (CMOS) Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) and AWS Backup. Galactic Network deployed a secure AWS architecture powered by Cloud Management & Optimization Services (CMOS) with round-the-clock monitoring and proactive support. The new Executive Education website was migrated onto Amazon RDS, replacing the previous self-managed setup with a fully managed and highly reliable service. This transition significantly reduced operational overhead while providing a secure platform to capture and manage student registrations.

To strengthen data protection and compliance, AWS Backup was implemented with automated daily snapshots, achieving Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) of under 15 minutes and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) of under one hour. In addition, the solution introduced governance controls and AWS best-practice security configurations, closing vulnerabilities that had existed in the vendor-managed environment.

With uptime consistently maintained at 99.95%, the institution now operates on a resilient, scalable, and secure platform designed to meet both academic and operational demands.
